This is Christopher’s first book and will be coming out on July 1st, 2022. This is a fantasy novel following the story of Calarela who wants to become a Dragon Trainer even though she is female, has little money, and has no reputable heritage. When things go wrong during the festival of peace, she is left to watch the dragons alone. She quickly realizes that things aren’t as easy as she imagines them, and finds that she has to go on several adventures trying to take care of the dragons. The story is set on Ederstill, a planet that doesn’t rotate, leaving one side scorched by the sun, and the other side hopelessly dark. Calarela must learn how to handle the challenges that are thrown at her, and learn how to do what is right despite the fact that she is often fighting alone.
